FatPhil (16365) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 12, 2009
Pitifully pale, not quite 100% clear, healthy white head. Sweet lagery aroma, a touch fruity in places. Pleasant carbonation. Milky light grain palate, some husky graininess too, a touch of ginger, and a real drying resiny hoppy bitterness. Makes you smack your chops afterwards. Finish lovely hoppiness. Unfiltered, this would be very good indeed.

Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 22, 2009
Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy pale golden with a rough, white head. Lightly perfumy hop aroma. Light body, a little maltiness and even lightly sweet fruit accents with a touch of cardboard. Dry and lightly bitter finish. 080209

Clear notes of grapefruit with a long lasting palate and refreshing finish. A very good session beer is one was so inclined.

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2008 A Mes rate: bottle thanks to our Magic.
Pale yellow and very hazy with a decent and lasting white head. Lovely milky hop aroma and some slight yeast and sugar. Similar flavour with a creamy and bitter finish. Balanced and not at all metaillic or cardboardy. Ok, a tiny bit of card but it’s really not a spoiler. Not really 100% to style but vey enjoyable.
