COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours a dark hazy brown color. Aromas of bread, malt, and some fruit. Flavor has a touch of sweet malt and clove, I think. Overall, not to bad.

Bottle. Murky brown colour, small to medium brownish head. Smell is fruity banana, with chocolate and caramel. Sweet taste, low bitter, light sour. Banana, yeast and a bit roast malt aftertaste, also a light, characteristic, metallic taste. Medium texture, fresh carbonation.

Bottle from IxI Getränkemarkt in Frankfurt. The beer has got a hazy deep dark brown colour with a steady head and smooth body. Aroma of yeast and roasted wheat. Taste of dark bread, dough, yeast, roast, malt and wheat. Finish of overripe fruits. Easy drinkable, yet nothing very good or complex.

50cl bottle bb08/2014. Pours translucent mahogani with beautiful stable beige head. Mild and slightly watery, luckily preventing the roasted and browned banana aromas not to become too soggy or overpowering, alas offering little in return. Some apple compote, slight hoppy prickle and bread crust in the sloppy dry finish. Basically a mild baby porridge for grownups.

Bottle 50cl from kevnic2008. A dark beer with good creamy head. Nose is nice on banana and light roasted notes. Aroma is very disappointing, very watery, low maltyn light roasted notes, light malty, dry, feeling of low alcohol, a poor dunkelweizen.

It’s unclear dark brown with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of slightly sour yeast, baking yeast, light caramel and wheat. The sweet flavor unfortunately also has rather sour yeast notes, caramel, light fruit and what, and the finish is slightly spicy. The body is fairly thin. The sourness does get milder after a while...
