McTapps (6976) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - FEB 22, 2015
Bottle from IxI Getränkemarkt in Frankfurt. The beer has got a clear rose colour with a steady low head and smooth body. Aroma of barley and bread. Taste of mild malt, bread, flowers, mild fruits and light hops. Smooth finish with hints of rose wine. Solid and drinkable for a Bock.

Bottle. Ochre medium head. Chrysral clear copper. Malty and fruity aroma. Big maltyness, banana and porridge. Nice creamy carbons are too fast. Very drinkable. Quite nice balance though.

Bottle from Trinkgut in Idstein, Hesse, Germany!
Pours reddish golden with flat head. Smell has fresh bread and sweet malts. Starts strong malty, bready, well balanced sweet and bitter. Middle part has also strong pale malts, slight bitter and bready. Finish is dry malty, sweet and bready.

50cl bb11/2014, Maruhn. It’s actually pinkish-brown, quite appealingly so. Nose of dull, caramelised, ethanol malt overdrive. Tste offers some more caramel, shy dry wild honey, wood, and else meagerly little in return for its 8% toll except a lingering herbal hop bitterness. Hm.

Ruusuinen väri, niin kuin nimikin kertoo. Alkumaku aivan jees, mutta himpun katkera loppu. Illan heikoin. Musavisan voitto.

Enjoyit (3809) - Vadum, DENMARK - JUN 27, 2014
Amber of color with a white head. An aroma of sweets, butter, metallic candy and malty. A flavor of sweet malt, sugar, molasse, alcohol, sticky and a bit too sweet.

Ernest (7815) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUN 26, 2014
Bottle (BB Jan 2015). Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is light to medium amber. Aroma is moderately malty (toasted bread/grain), lightly hoppy (herbs, flowers), with notes of whiskey and alcohol. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation, moderately alcoholic. A more drinkable beer than the Maerzen, despite the higher alcohol...better balanced specifically. Kinda whiskey-ish too...overall simple nose but admittedly enticing.

Percy0103 (777) - MEXICO - JUN 22, 2014
Bottle, 500ml. An orange clear beer with a frothy head. Aroma is of dry fruits and alcohol. Maybe a hint of bananas. Taste is bitter at the beginning but not afterwards. It has an alcohol finish and is slightly dense at the end. Unlike the other german beers, it is not very drinkable (I can´t imagine myself drinking huge amounts of this beer).
