330 ml bottle, bb. 12.12.2018 at Werckmeister's place, shared by Saeglopur, many thanks! Gusher! Pours a pretty hazy, very pale yellow with a grayish hue and a white head. The aroma is full of ginger, candied ginger, lemon and a light herbal touch - very light funk. Light body with an average carbonation, a medium to medium-heavy sourness and a light tartness. The flavor starts with lemon and lime followed by ginger but not as much as in the aroma. Finishes dry with some wheat and a light tartness. Refreshing, good!

330 ml bottle, bb 12.12.18, from Biervana, München.
Pale yellow, milky body, with a big, dissipating, frothy off-white head.
Aroma of sweet ginger, spices, Brett, lemongrass, lemon candy, some green apples.
Tastes quite similar, with more sourish notes.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium sour, spicy, with ginger, some Brett, green apples.

Very nice. Works great with the ginger, which gives it a nice spiciness. The Brett is a bit too much in the background though. Not my favourite Schneeeule, but another characterful one.

Pale, cloudy, yellowish white. Foam dissipates quickly to leave some odd floaties. Very sharp, spicy ginger nose. Like, you would know it was ginger even if you didn't know it was ginger. The ginger lays over lighter notes of lemon and yogurt. So to start out it looks ugly and smells like iffy homebrew, but then the flavor hits it just right -- lemony-tart, ginger goes to the backdrop with just a hint of bite that builds on the tongue. Lively, acidic, tangy, refreshing, and just very tasty. An appetizing beer.

Cloudy pale yellow color with a fine white head. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Pleasant acidity level and a dry ending. Lasting flavor with lemon, ginger and wheat. Nice refreshing stuff. But if you do not like ginger and lemon in your beer…..do not buy it.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle. Smooth sour fresh beginning. Herbal-sourness, lots of lemon there, fresh and smooth. The ginger is a bit in the back - no sharpness there, but lots of fresh and fruity lemon. Long fruity sour aftertaste, round and nice!
