Bottle, my 1000th German beer. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is flowery, bretty, lacto, elderflower, cheesy, wheat. Taste is flowery, elderflower, bretty, wheat, a bit bready even. High carbonation. Excellent!

From bottle at BKL München 2017.
Orange, hazy body, with a small, white head.
Aroma of elderflowers, barnyard, cheese, some sweet dried fruits, some sour citrus.
Tastes similar, with even more elderflowers.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a fizzy carbonation.
Finishes medium sour, fruity, with elderflowers mainly, some barnyard, subtle cheese.

Very nice. Although I’m not the biggest fan of elderflowers, this is really lovely. Good balance, with enough Brett and sour notes to compensate the sweet elderflowers. Refreshing style example.

Vollmundig gewürziger Antrunk. Intensive Karbonisierung, fruchtig, mild bitter, was aber konstant bleibt. Dezente Säure. Vollmundig, gut. 10/10/9/9//10

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks David Cohen. Hazy pale yellow. Citric and floral aroma, lactic. Tart flavor with a sweetish note, lactic, citric, floral, spicy. Light-bodied, a bit over-carbonated. Nice and refreshing.
