Bottled. A hazy golden beer with notes of beige head. The aroma has notes of wheat, lemons, and straw. The flavor is sour with notes of wheat, straw, and lacto, leading to a dry finish.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Hazy golden colour with a huge white head. Tart fruity aroma with lemons, bretts, spicy notes. Taste is sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes tart fruity with lactic notes. Fine.

Riktigt gott.

[EuroSanta from SinH4] Hazy orange color, big white head which disappears in a second. Looks overcarbonated? Aroma is of lacto, elderflowers, jasmin. Taste is fruity, farmhouse, lactic, gently sour. Fruity sourness lingers somewhere in the back. Very balanced. OK, but could be more sour. Although looks overcarbonated, the aftertaste is pretty flat. Very refreshing for summer days.

L: -pours a cloudy golden-orange with a medium to big, quickly dissipating, foamy, white head -medium to high carbonation visible -visible yeast chunk floaties S: -old leather, peaches, apricots, hay, green apple, barnyard, cooked potatoes, grainy, wheat, clove T: -green apple, wheat, hay, apricot, clove, doughy, slightly metallic -low to medium sourness for the style F: -medium to high carbonation -light,watery body O: While not a traditional Berliner Weisse, this is a decent Beer for the hotter days with some slight off notes. I don’t know how Jasmine Blossome smells/tastes like, so i don’t know how prominent it was here.

Would love more sourness in this one. Too delicate, extremely balanced, but for a berliner IMHO I would need some more sour kick. Some light herbal scents
