Exclusively brewed in reminiscence of Georg Schneiders privilege of being part of the world famous Munich Octoberfest until 1942 when his renowned "Weisse Brauhaus im Tal, Munich" was destroyed. Enjoy and celebrate!

Hazy medium orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, orange, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, spicy, cloves, fennel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long to average duration, spicy - cloves, fennel. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20091130]

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to light orange with a fully diminished white head. Grainy and dry wheaty aroma. Flavour is light caramel malty and wheaty. Light cinnamon spiced. Ends with a light wheaty note. To cinnamon spiced for my liking.

Draught at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Cloudy pale amber, small head. Fresh citric banana aroma. Dryish with spritzy mouthfeel, fairly light bodied. Esters are marked - there’s banana, cloves and tiger balm. A refreshing and pleasant weizen.

Brewdog Camden. Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Softish dry palate with prickly carbonation. Creamy dry malt. Nice dried fruits and mild herbs and spices. Finishes dry with some fruity orange. Nice enough!

Draft at Pizzeria Paradiso. Cloudy variegated yellow and brown. Aroma of clove. Clove dominates the taste as well, with lots of hops. Great body and complexity. Very interesting.
