This has to be the best damn german beer i have had. It kinda tastes like hefe but stronger. Jesterdeal (1985) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - MAR 12, 2011
Aroma has hints of ginger and hops. Appears golden but cleaner than many Weiss beers. Big head so be careful. Feels light and clean. Pretty highly carbonated. Tastes of ginger, hops, and just a hint of lemon zest but not overly like most wheat beers. Overall, this is the finest and drinkable weisses I’ve ever had. What the style should taste like. Foamy, fresh, and flavorful. Wow. phildorsey (161) - Fort Carson, Colorado, USA - APR 14, 2008
Very impressive for an organic beer. light basement aromas, the color is golden and hazy. bitterness is medium as is the body with a lively taste. Overall Impression; Wow! extremely well balanced HefeWeizen, with traditional taste. Indutiomarus (113) - Idar-Oberstein, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - MAR 2, 2011
Stolen from Bierkrugs Keller he will kill me. On nice brew and one of the best WBs around. I liked it as much as the Aventinus.

Hazy golden color with a super strong amount of activity. Creamy and frothy white 2 finger head, lasting around 10 to 15 minutes, with average legs.
Aromas of citrus, caramel, cookies, and faint banana yeast. Flavors of lemony citrus, toffee, faint ester fruits, roasted grains, faint coriander and noble spices. Perfect zesty sharpness with an incredible sugary bread taste.
Smooth creamy oily full body with champagne like heavy carbonation. Medium strength finish, ending with a roasted malts feel, citrus tongue coat, toffee feel, a little grassy, and faint oak.
Overall exquisite quality craft. Delicious complex flavors that are perfectly balanced and intensified. Insane bread and wheaty feel, best ever tasted. Incredible citrus sharpness, almost feels like a witbier. Thick satisfying body that is very filling. Would drink this all day long, one of the best beer ever. homebrewrules99 (37) - portsmouth, Virginia, USA - JUL 18, 2002
dry cloudy with the yeast more mild than not Hazmatt (363) - Virginia, USA - AUG 23, 2007
Bottle. Citrusy, malt aroma with banana and touch of spice. Not much yeast aroma. First sip is delectable. That classic hefeweizen flavor is unmistakeable and a good example stands out in the crowd. This is one and this is how it should taste. Soft, malty banana and cloves, subtle note of gum and barely noticeable hop aroma/flavor. Perfectly carbonated, medium body. Excellent. I’m sure this would be a 4.8 or better on tap. leebotton (406) - Bristol, Somerset, ENGLAND - DEC 21, 2014

Pours hazy Amber with a very white head of medium Fine bubbles. The Big coriander and spice whiff promises excitement. Flavour is slightly sweet with a tangy background and overall ?raw? flavour which works perfectly with the sweetness. The hop bitterness is unshy, although only as present as would be ideal and balances the sweet malty character perfectly. The end brings a lingering banana and fruit taste with hints of toffee which is most welcome and even maybe more pleasant, as it?s so gentle, than when the beer is actually on the tongue.
I just can?t really fault this as it?s a fantastic example of it?s style and shouldn?t really be any different. The only reason it doesn?t get 100% is because it?s not as exciting as my perfect, unrivallable beer would be. Perhaps my favourite Schneider so far but I?d just have to compare it side by side with Aventinus to make sure! ;)
Hazy golden color with big foamy head. Amazing aroma of bananas, combined with wheat malt and touch of spices. Soft hops on taste, mixed with bananas, cloves, wheat, citrus. Soft carbonation. Wow! Quite impressed. So traditional yet well balanced. Straight to one of my favourites!
