Bottle. The pour was a murky brownish yellow with a large (2-3 finger) white frothy head that lasted a little while, reducing to a medium cap which created some excellent sheets of lacing. The aroma was of a light grain malt and a bold sweaty yeast with notes of citrus (lemon), banana, wheat and a bit of spice (clove and coriander). The taste was a tad sweet with a moderately strong citrus note early on, becoming rather wheat engulfed with a hint of banana, spice and was mildly acetic towards the end. The flavor lingered for a decent duration proceeding the swallow with a nice mild tart citrus wheat taste left to settle on the taste buds. Mouthfeel was a few steps above light in body and a bit watery in texture with a mildly strong carbonation. Overall a very impressive Organic Hefeweizen, one with a nice citrus banana taste and a slight appealing tartness at the finish. This is one of the best Organic brews I have had to date...

Fizzy head over a deep cloudy gold body. Fresh floral aroma. Herbaceous hops, light spicy notes. Has an almost medicinal quality. Backed up with sweet honeysuckle and deeper tones of dark honey. Flavor starts with a burst of bright hops, that pairs well with the refreshing minerality. Grassy, slightly sweet flavor, that hints at clove and vanilla but doesnt quite muster the complexity I crave. Ends on dry, slightly bitter note that finally resolves into a lingering burnt caramel aftertaste. A refreshing palate cleanser with just enough bitterness to cut through the fattiness of a bratwurst.

Bottle from Bottlecraft, Hanley. Pours a clear deep golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Aroma of pepper, fruit, some banana, slight clove, a little herbs and subtle orange peel. Taste of fruit, pepper, herbs, some banana, clove, slight orange, a hint of vanilla and subtle floral hops. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and a chalky texture. A dryish, floral hop bitterness in the finish with a herbal aftertaste. A well hopped weissbier, can get the citrus, fruit and floral hops flowing through the smooth and yeasty malt base. Really surprised by clarity of this beer, maybe just mine.

500 ml bottle. Tastes very sweet with but also has a bitterness from the hops clearly present. Aroma is mainly fruit and yeast. Taste is sweet with hints of banana and other fruits, yeast and a hop that is not very lively. Kind of sticky mouthfeel. Carbonation is generous.

0,5l bottle. Hazy dirty/mudy yellow colour with medium lasting thick creamy white head. Aroma: Very strong and intense banana, biscuit, citrus with cheese notes. Taste: Oh my god!! Very spicey and sweet malty start with herbs. Has a lightly bitter a bit sweet and a bit tarty well-balanced mouthfeel. Almost like a cream on a dessert. Has a very creamy texture. Medium body with soft carbonation. Long pleasent bitter and soft finish. This is the best hefeweizen that I ever tasted. Amzing beer for sure.
