Dark-ruby colored wheat doppelbock with a creamy fine head. Strong notes of ripe bananas, raisins and plums meet liquorice and roasty aromes. Full-bodied and warming, with a well-balanced and smooth finish. The ideal companion for hearty roast meat, venison and also fruity chocolate desserts, “Kaiserschmarrn” (pancakes), “Elisenlebkuchen” (christmas cookies) or blue cheese.

Their Weizen is good, so it's no surprise to expect their Weizen Bock to be excellent, but this one blew me away. Superb, complex flavors make this beer one of my favorites.

Pleasant aroma of bananas with notes of dried fruit, a lot of bread with chocolate cake. Deep, hazy ruby in the glass with creamy head. Taste is semi dry with notes of melanoidins, banana cake, some caramel hints and dried fruitiness. Beer is very complex and belly warming, however not really aggressive. Love it.

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2017 Plums, blueberries, caramel, bread. Pours amber. Fairly unique.. Sweet but not cheaply so, a bit of tart to even it out. The alco is present but in a nice throat-warming form, rather than something that distorts the flavor. It’s early impressions but def on par with T5, if not better +

Bottle. Dark brown, hazy (looks like a mud in the glass...) with small, slightly tan head and almost no lacing. Rich and very solid, sweet malty aromas with strong wheat and cloves notes and little bit of dried fruits. Maybe some caramel and bananas. Medium body, oily and sticky mouthfeel, sweet start with light sourness in the finish. Surprisingly drinkable for the style, very good.

Good Weizen Bock Bier. Nice aroma, banana, oat, bread, raspberry note... good with FLEISCH... the last versions i remember were heavier. Now the newest are better. Dunno... maybe i have more resistance by drinking... lol

Výborný pšeničák. Schneider Weise vždy příjemně překvapí. Rysy tohoto piva na hodně dobré úrovni! Není co dodat.
