50 cl bottle poured in to a Weizen glass. Clear golden colour with a big fluffy white head. Fruity aroma with wheat malts, banana, bubblegum, a grassy bitterness. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a fine carbonation. Finishes slightly drying with yeasts and fruity-spicy notes. Fine Kristallweizen.

The beer is of straw colour, almost clear, with a thick and dense foam. The aroma is cereal, banana and clove phenols. Slightly sour in the taste, cereal, banana, tangy in the finish, with perceptible bitterness and spices. Very drinkable, light-bodied, even watery. As for style, this beer is really well made, but why drink a softened weizen when you can have a proper one?

0.5 l bottle from ’P&M Getränke’, bottled in January 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a massive, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity aroma of lots of banana and clove, accompanied by a touch of vanilla and honey. Sweetish, malty, rather yeasty-spicy taste of lots of banana and clove and traces of vanilla, bread and honey, followed by a short, slightly bitter, fairly yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Very good for the style!
