COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With its amber-mahogany coloring and streaked with fine top-fermented yeast, this beer has a fine, persistent head that adheres well to the glass. It is pleasantly fruity with a typical top-fermented smell, an aroma of clove and nutmeg apple tantalizes the nose. On the tongue it is fresh, clean, full-bodied, harmonious and well-balanced. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a sour impression.

Excellent Hefeweizen. Very smooth, full of banana flavour. Beautiful aroma and looks stunning in the tall glass.

Bottle.

Here's to the maid with a bosom of snow;
Now to her that's as brown as a berry;
Here's to the wife with a face full of woe,
And now for the damsel that's merry.
Let the toast pass -
Drink to the lass -
I'll warrant she'll prove an excuse for the glass.

wonderful mix of barley and wheat malt aromas with hints of cherry, grapes and yeast. A bit more malty taste than the others I've had from Schneider. Typical wheat malt sweetness. Well balanced overall. A bit sour finish.

UPDATED: NOV 28, 2017 Banana aroma with a cloudy appearance, white head and a fruity wheat taste. Enjoyed before going to Leeds Oktoberfest

Aroma of ripe banana, a little clove, some malty, caramel notes are present. Medium sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour propably from wheat malt. Fizzy carbonation. Taste is dominated by banana's flavours. Low score mainly due to terrible apperance - no head.

Wiecu (103) - POLAND - NOV 9, 2017
W smaku raczej wytrawne, lekko kwaskowe, orzeźwiające. Wysycenie średnie ku wysokiemu. Goryczka niska.
