COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pure enjoyment in a summer mood. Highest art in brewing for those who enjoy extraordinary wheat beers: "Mathilda Soleil" - the unique special edition, named after our strong-minded head of the brewery, Mathilde Schneider (in 1907 she presented Bavaria’s first wheat dopplebock). Her pioneering spirit is our claim today - thanks to this new, specially cultivated hops, this special and limited wheat beer edition brings a sparkling and unique treat. It is spicy and nutty with a sun and refreshing fruity note of apples, pears and quince and still has a dry and drinkable finish - it is the perfect drink for sunny afternoons just by itself or to

Bottle @ home. 2015 vintage. Cloudy deep orange color and a huge off white head. Aroma of toffee, bread, citrus, cloves, spices, raisins. Medium body, high carbonation. Taste is a bit stale with raisins, bread, toffee, spices, earth and ham. Was probably better fresh.

Bottle - Vintage 2015 - Wood and toffee malts and bread. Cloudy gold and orange with a small beige head. Soft butterscotch and light oaky notes. I think the age has not done this beer any favors.

375 ml botte. Pours with a hazy, dark amber color and a very nice tan head. The nose is malty, caramel, yeast and banana. Taste is smooth. Expected something more hoppy. Nice flavours of caramel, toffee, yeast, something fruity. Smooth and round. Nice.

Hazy to cloudy red color with huge off-white head. Aroma of caramel, peach, I’ve expected some hops bomb like Schneider Tap 5, but this is dead. Sweet taste with hint of bitterness. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Okay but expected much more. Probably much better when ia fresh, didn’t age well.

Drinking from a 375 cl bottle. In the aroma hops, bread and alcohol. The unclear orange beer has a large white head. In the taste bread and oranges. Medium carbonated.
