Aroma: grape, wheat, notes of wheat and citrus Taste: wheat, fruits, grape, banana and malt. Tender hints of wood. Rich flavored beer with. Bittersweet aftertaste of wheat, banana and grape.

750ml bottle at home. Dry start with some classic wheat beer cereals and a touch of orange. Then the hops come with pronounced white grapes well balanced with the malt bill. Dry finish cleaned up with some classic Hefe spice. A special use of Nelson Sauvin if you're a fan of the hops. Good stuff.

Butelka 375ml pite w domu. Kolor złoty zamglony wpadający w orange, piana niezbyt mocna ale osiada na szkle. Aromat to banany i drożdże, trochę owoców. W smaku słodkawe, owocowe także banany. Aksamitne wykończenie z niewielką goryczką, bardzo dobre piwo.

From Cervezasespeciales. In Bavaria hefe glass. Playing Bad End. The usual notes of a hefe combine well with the fresh hoppy notes of the nelson hops, providing grape reminiscences

17/20 one of the nicest wheat beers I've ever had. big creamy flavour, very boozy for a wheat beer but doesn't taste it.

Old rating rerated 25.09.2017, 0,375l bottle (2017 vintage) @ home:
Big fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry yeasty, weeds, hay, yeast, minerals, grass, light malts, dried fruits, fruit stones, paper, wheat, hints of bubblegum. Taste is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, yeast, grass, dried fruits, wheat, hay, flowers, bark, paper, metal tank, almond essence. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Not really my cup of tea.

Gurthnar (6199) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - SEP 21, 2017
Tap at Salon piva. Mostly a fine balanced weizenbock with light booze, moderare banana+clove, general fruitiness, full body and high carbonation. Hops come in relatively lightly (less than I expected), with a less exotic twist, more in line with general fruitiness. Very good though.
