Crown-capped champagne bottle decants a lightly clouded light gold colored weizen in my glass. Decent puffy 2 finger cap lasts and laces. Light effervescence. Aroma is fairly modest but there is a defined wheat malt-fruit-clove aroma with an underlying vinous quality. Fairly sort moth with a light fluid character. Flavor is also demure but this is part of the intended character of this unique weizen front side has the appearance of the standard Hefeweiss flavors, the clove phenols, banana-fruity esters and a light citrus presence mid palate is where this beer becomes unique instead of the standard hop bittering you get a mild tartness like raw white grape skin, not over powering but definitely present and this makes the finish not so dry but much like a white wine spritzer fluid, tart but not puckering dry like most wiezens. Absolutely no hint of the alcohol in it. If this was the profile/character the brewer was attempting to produce, they succeeded in spades. Many will say this is a weak weizen bock but this ignores is unique mildness and vinous qualities.

Ljusgul, disig med stort vitt skum. Alla dofter och smaker (banan, aprikos, jst) som man vntar sig av en vetebock, men med en extra frsch fruktighet frn Nelson Sauvin-humlen. Mycket lyckad!

750ml bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy copper golden. Large, dense and lasting head, rich lacing. Malty and fruity aroma, caramel, wheat bread, apricot, biscuits, apple and yeast. Viscous, warming and soft mouthfeel, full-bodied, soft carbonated. Malty taste with mild grassy and floral hops, some alcohol burn, peppery yeast, cloves, wheat bread, peach, citrus and earthy. Mid-dry finish.

Keg at Port Street Tavern, Manchester. Typically fantastic SW beer. Full aroma of their yeast. Delicate hoppy character, and sweet fruits. Lovely.

On tap. Pours a hazy golden colouro, big head with medium retention, creamy lace. Aroma of cloves, oranges, peaches, banana, pepper. Full body, creamy palate, good carbonation. Taste of oranges, cloves, banana, fruits (peaches). The usual notes of a weizen emphasized and with some new hints of fruits and herbs. Really good.

Yeasty, herbal aromas. Tastes of white wine, butter, hint of tangerines, and wheat with a bitter background. Very creamy mouthfeel with light fizz. Essentially beer butter, so smooth.

Keg at Andrew Ushers. Hazy amber body with a medium off-white head. Good lacing. Aroma of flowers, lemon cake and straw. Flavour of green banana, Rich Tea biscuit and bay leaf. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Delicate and well balanced. A classy beer.

W aromacie banay, gruszka, białe owoce i goździki. Smak: słody pszeniczne, lekka drożdzowość, delikate chmiele i owocowość, kwaskowate. Alkohol niewyczuwalny.

Looks very juicy in the glass, i like it. Aroma is nice and not too sweet, full of fruity esters (banana and pear). Some fresh hay, toffee but no grains and no hops detected. Taste is a bit sweet, yeasty and fruity (light sour). Following the nose, the taste is nice as well, with some cloves, sour yeast and pear jam present. Saturating and juicy, this is a balanced weizen bock.
