chris__hartley (443) - Ontario, - AUG 25, 2012
It pours amber with orange-brown highlights; the head is off-white with a tint of orange and foamy. The aroma has notes of: orange marmalade, sweet-buns, pineapple, and peppercorns. The taste is medium-heavy sweet that finishes drier and tart; there are notes of: orange marmalade, pith, barnyard funk, grapefruit, candied-apricots, and pepper. The palate is medium bodied, medium carbonation (tiny bubbles), medium finish. Overall, very unique and perhaps as a result - delicious.

Cloudy orange to amber ale with big rocky head. Very good retention. The aroma is hugely spicy. Additional dried banana, bubble gum, Sherry. Phenolic hints. Medium body. Medium sweet taste. Spicy yeast dominate. Wheat malts and banana follow. A hoppy hint on ending. Dry aftertaste. Dangerously drinkable. Very good.

Mycket lyckad!

Turtles (2577) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 24, 2017
750ml bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy copper golden. Large, dense and lasting head, rich lacing. Malty and fruity aroma, caramel, wheat bread, apricot, biscuits, apple and yeast. Viscous, warming and soft mouthfeel, full-bodied, soft carbonated. Malty taste with mild grassy and floral hops, some alcohol burn, peppery yeast, cloves, wheat bread, peach, citrus and earthy. Mid-dry finish.

alteregoo (1398) - Kalisz, POLAND - JUN 23, 2017

Keg at Port Street Tavern, Manchester. Typically fantastic SW beer. Full aroma of their yeast. Delicate hoppy character, and sweet fruits. Lovely.
