metalspice (1020) - Jevnaker, NORWAY - SEP 14, 2017
Gyllenbrunt med fint skum. Mye karamell og korn sammen med lette vinøse toner. Hadde muligens forventet litt mer.

Not a million miles away from Tap 5, which is no bad thing. Dark orange, bit hazy, lasting white head and lacing. Body is nicely textured and medium bodied. Nose is full of banana and clove, and bready malt. Some peach too. Tastes like a hoppier weizenbock, with the nelson sauvignon coming through more here than in the nose, giving some crisp light fruit and dry finish.

Cristobal37 (1176) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 7, 2017
2017 bottle from Beer Lovers, Vienna. Not very hazy for a wheat beer with some head that dissipates. Light faint weissbier aroma with a unique hop character reminiscent of dry white wine. Delicious weissbier with an apparent white wine dryness and restrained but forward dry fresh hop taste. Taste hangs out and develops more dry white wine with a little bit of weissebier yeast of spearmint and clove. Really enjoyed it as a unique weissebier but i guess i expected something a bit more complex. Anyways a great beer and hugely enjoyable.

kapusil (1460) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 7, 2017
0.75l bottle thanks to Cristobal37. Hazy orange body with a white head that stays around for a long time. Classic weizen aroma with notes of banana, honey, peach and some medicinal hops. Taste of honey, banana, cloves, medicinal hops and grass. The NZ hop character is not showing itself much, but still a great beer.

UPDATED: SEP 6, 2017 Bottle, thanks to SinH4! Hazy orange with a big white head. Banana, cloves, marzipan, wheat, grass, leather, booze, dough. Light to medium sweetness, then turns a bit dry and follows up with light bitterness. Tart, a bit boozy, warming finish with some fermentation aroma. Creamy medium body, with pearly carbonation. Very complex, a bit overpowering and boozy. Some clear notes of fermented grapes. Decent, but I've had better Weizenbcke.

Elegant bitterhet i avslutningen. Elegant hele veien, når jeg tenker meg om (og det hender jo).

Hopmaestro (1687) - Örebro, SWEDEN - AUG 22, 2017
Aroma is wheaty with pears, bananas and a general yeasty touch. Taste is mild and sweet with wheat notes and bready notes. Toffee sweetness as well. Sadly, the Nelson hops doesn’t really break through, which is a pity. Still a solid, a little hoppier, Weizen Bock.
