polaxis (73) - SWITZERLAND - AUG 24, 2013
330ml bottle very pale strawish color with a very quickly leaving sparkling whine-like head. The Aroma is mild, no recognizable yeast taste. Taste is sweet (sorghum taste?) and dry, very mild hop bitterness. There are a lot of better gluten free beers available.

330ml bottle pours a pale straw color with a finger of white head that dissipates quickly leaving a few spots of lacing behind. Aroma is mild with light fruit and yeast. Taste is a fruity and light malty sweetness with a mild hop bitterness with a dry finish. Light body with little carbonation. Not my cup of tea, but alright for a gluten free brew.

MichaelAwesome (6519) - Wanne-Eickel, GERMANY - AUG 8, 2013

McTapps (6889) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - AUG 8, 2013
Pours out golden with steady low head and medium body. Nose of bananas and yeast. Taste of yeast, bananas, melon, honey and barley. Easy to drink but just too sweat and too much yeast / baking soda in the finish. Okay, there are far worse Speciality Grains than this.

Marduk (7694) - Reval, ESTONIA - MAY 31, 2013
330ml bottle. Pale yellow color. Small head, stays. Cherries, malty, dusty, sweet aroma. Watery, malty, cherries, grainy flavor.

Bottle: has a ´rotten´ side taste not present in other gluten free beers, drinkable but there are better options. Food Pairing: Anything Gluten Free.

Bif (2245) - St. Charles, Missouri, USA - MAR 25, 2013
Pours a pale straw color with a head that fades quickly to bits of lacing. Aroma is quite faint with just a hint of citrus and bit of grain. Taste is quite bland with a bit of malt sweetness and trace of grain. No real bitterness and a clean finish. Light body, and smooth, no flavor to speak of. Not only is this beer gluten free but virtually aroma free and flavor free as well.

Christos (5785) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - FEB 2, 2013
330 ml long neck bottle, bought at an organics food store. Curious to see what a gluten free beer tastes like, also made of organically grown ingredients. ABV 5%. Poured into a lager glass. Colour is yellow golden, slighty hazy. On top of it, sits a whitem soapy foam, two fingers tall with good retention, leaving light lacing behind and a somewhat thick film on the beer’s surface. Lots of activity in the glass too. So far so good. Aroma now.. is weird. Smells like some kind of medicine, but there are also traces of banana and bubblegum aroma on the background. Bottom line, not very pleasant. Taste is quite similar to the smell, same medicinal flavour, like antiacterial soap or something. But if the taste was somewhat bearable, the taste is gross. Very thin body and very light carbonation. Conclusion, I am happy and thankfull to God that I don’t have a gluten allergy and I can enjoy all the normal beers. It is my first gluten free beer, I take the style into consideration and the people that is intended for and I am still very close to drain pour this one.

I had this right after brushing my teeth and initially thought that was the problem. However, as the beer went on the taste of toothpaste didn’t change at all. Very watery colour.
