Schöfferhofer German Wheat Beer Hefeweizen is brewed in Bavarian tradition using wheat malt. The live yeast gives bottle "conditioning" guaranteeing a refreshing fruity flavor. The yeast sediment also leads to the "cloudy" nature of the beer. Care needs to be taken when pouring. Tilt glass and pour slowly. Before pouring last quarter, roll bottle gently back and forward until sediment is dissolved.

0.5L from tap at Crown Plaza Berlin. Banana aroma, slightly bread taste. Overall nice wheat beer

Aromat goździkowo-gruszkowy, bananowy, w tle nuty pszeniczne. Smak pszeniczno-bananowy z posmakiem goździkowo-gruszkowym, lekko kwaskowaty. Na finiszu słodowość oraz minimalna goryczka. Pisząc o aromacie i smaku gruszkowym, mam na myśli zapach i smak gruszek w zalewie z goździkami. Warka 22.06.2017

Orangefarben im Glas mit gut haltender Blume. Zitronig säuerlicher Antrunk gepaart mit Hopfenbittere, keine Banane schmeckbar.

Ritzn (1311) - GERMANY - MAY 8, 2017
Murky yellow with little white head. Aroma is green banana, leek, band aid, toasty malt, some ticklish grass, and DMS(?). Taste is yeasty sour green stuff and some alcoholic band aid. Finish is sour cookie dough and also a bit alcoholic. -1 overall because of the stupid advertisements.

JuancaMadi (18) - Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, GERMANY - MAY 3, 2017
Light taste and neutral aroma. The gas proportion is correct and the palate is soft. I would prefered a creamy texture.

Average hefeweizen. A bit flat in the middle. Not a lot of taste. Nice as a refresher though.

flemmingjuul (14) - Silkeborg, DENMARK - APR 21, 2017
Had a very cold one from a can (served in an original glass though). Refreshing with a nice lasting dry bitterness to it. Light bodied with a thin texture. A good beer for a hot summerday.

snoworsummer (5614) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - APR 4, 2017
Draft at Epcot. Pours opaque orange gold with a fizzy white head. Tastes like bready malt, wheat, faint citrus, clove, and banana. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like wheat, bready malt, clove, faint citrus, banana, and bubblegum.

Flanfl (801) - Lyon, FRANCE - APR 3, 2017
Hazy golden coppery body, big lasting white head. Aroma of banana and clove, fairly light, some sulfur note. Flavours of banana and clove, much stronger that I expected from the nose but feels watery. Flavours don't laste in the mouth. Short lightly yeasty finish, slightly bitter and dry. Watery body, high carbo. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Epcot. Pours hazy orange. Aroma and flavor are banana, clove, wheat, light toast, and some grassy/noble hop notes. Medium body.
