COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Schöfferhofer German Wheat Beer Hefeweizen is brewed in Bavarian tradition using wheat malt. The live yeast gives bottle "conditioning" guaranteeing a refreshing fruity flavor. The yeast sediment also leads to the "cloudy" nature of the beer. Care needs to be taken when pouring. Tilt glass and pour slowly. Before pouring last quarter, roll bottle gently back and forward until sediment is dissolved.

Golden cloudy body with a medium but laaasting creamy head. Fruity aroma and taste of hobs and spices. Medium body. Not the best wheet beer around.

Decent Hefeweizen, very drinkable, nice balance of wheaty and banana flavors.

Bottle. Aroma- clear bananas with some cloves- typical Weizen notes. Pale, cloudy, with a medium, thick and long-lasting head. Taste- sweet banana with a bit weaker clove and minimal sourness. Pleasant, but could be more intensive. Medium-bodied, quite smooth, with a high, fizzy carbonation. There're no drawbacks, it's a correct, stylish Hefeweizen.

On tap at Dusseldorf airport. Poured a medium amber with a white head. Very tasty with lots of clove, banana and dark fruit notes. Totally hit the spot.

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2017 500ml bottle: Pours a cloudy light golden with frothy white head that retains well. Aroma of clove, light banana peel. Flavors of the clove is nicely balanced by the banana. A slight tartness as well. Bitterness is low with medium body and medium carbonation. Overall a nice Weizen which well balanced and easy to drink.

Smak i aromat pszeniczno bananowy.
