Schöfferhofer German Wheat Beer Hefeweizen is brewed in Bavarian tradition using wheat malt. The live yeast gives bottle "conditioning" guaranteeing a refreshing fruity flavor. The yeast sediment also leads to the "cloudy" nature of the beer. Care needs to be taken when pouring. Tilt glass and pour slowly. Before pouring last quarter, roll bottle gently back and forward until sediment is dissolved.

Draught at Brauhaus zum Weißen Bären, Dusseldorf. Cloudy orange with white head. The aroma has notes of yeasts, wheat, clove, pickles and bread. Sweetish and sourish flavor with notes of yeasts, wheat, clove, some banana, hint of sausage and black pepper. Lively carbonation, full-bodied.

500mml bottle. Tasted several times. Hazy orange colour with a medium and foamy white head. Aroma of wheat, banana, yeast and malts. Taste is almost the same with a strong presence of wheat and a smooth medium banana finish. Next one please!

Buğday birası. Aroması fazla ama rahatsız etmiyor. Kokusu serin tadı orta dolgunlukta.

Grumpelmies (364) - GERMANY - NOV 12, 2017
Bottle. Orange with the expected huge head. Aroma of bananas and clove. Taste is bananas, bubblegum, clove and a hint of citrus fruits. Feels like a Beginner's Weizen to me. Needs more punch. Watery and light. Strong carbonation. With so many brilliant and easily accessible Hefeweizens out there I just don't see the appeal of this one

Butelka 0,5 l. Wypita 31.10.2017. Porządny hefeweizen z porządną pianą. Bananowo gozdzikowy aromat.

MikeBeermaster (1029) - that shaggy maggot, POLAND - OCT 24, 2017
Pleasant, but faint aroma of white fruits, even some oranges, wheat malt, slight clove in the back. Muddy orange in the glass with thick white head. Taste is semi dry with slight notes of bread, some banana, but sweetness of wheat maltiness is balanced with earthy, dry hoppiness. Seems maybe little bit watery, but classic as fuck.

tiopyro (5) - Caacupé, PARAGUAY - OCT 23, 2017 does not count
Pours a large white head. Beautiful copper color. Aroma of bananas and malt. Taste of bananas, vanilla and malts. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Very good!
