COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Schöfferhofer German Wheat Beer Hefeweizen is brewed in Bavarian tradition using wheat malt. The live yeast gives bottle "conditioning" guaranteeing a refreshing fruity flavor. The yeast sediment also leads to the "cloudy" nature of the beer. Care needs to be taken when pouring. Tilt glass and pour slowly. Before pouring last quarter, roll bottle gently back and forward until sediment is dissolved.

From bottle. Pours with rich small bubbled head with good retention. Aroma is sweet wheat and a little booze. Sweet taste of wheat beer and fruity yeast. I don’t get actual banana just the sweetness of a ripe one. My favorite wheat beer. Delicious

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with a big fine head. Aroma is light clover and decent banana, quite malty and sweet. Body is medium, rather sweet with boozy over ripe banana flavours, some toffee. Soft smooth carbonation. Little bitterness and some light acidity. Palate lingers on sweetness and clover. Good.

Semplice weizen tedesca con una bella schiuma fine fitta ma poco persistente. Lieve profumo d agrumi. Gusto semplice poco amaro e a tratti farinoso.

Draught at Berlin Bar, Cph. Cloudy golden amber colour with a fluffy white head. Sweet aroma with citrus, wheat malts, fruits and a lightly spiced note. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes drying with yeasts and fruity spicy notes. Nice Hefe, especially in the hot weather.
