COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Schöfferhofer German Wheat Beer Hefeweizen is brewed in Bavarian tradition using wheat malt. The live yeast gives bottle "conditioning" guaranteeing a refreshing fruity flavor. The yeast sediment also leads to the "cloudy" nature of the beer. Care needs to be taken when pouring. Tilt glass and pour slowly. Before pouring last quarter, roll bottle gently back and forward until sediment is dissolved.

500ml bottle from lebensmittel.de. Pours yellowish orange with a thick, white, creamy head. Aroma of esters, wheat and fruits. Rather malty flavour with yeast and even a hint of bitterness. Demi-sec finish.

Hazy yellow color, medium to large white head. Aroma banana, wheat. Taste banana, lemon peel, spices. More spices in aftertaste. I prefer more sour citrus notes, but this is tipical very good hefeweizen.

Bottle. Hazy orange colour, large, slowly diminishing white head. Aroma: wheat, banana, notes of spices and citrus. Taste is light sweet and bitter, wheat, banana, citrus, clove. Light+ body, thin texture, lively carbonation. Refreshing. Decent example of the style.

Very soft and fluffy stable foam. Looking at least tasty: opaque canary colour. Smelling grains, clove, banana. Very smooth texture, yeasty taste, low carbonation, sour finish, very drinkable and refreshing)

Чёткий, ровный хефе. Вот прям чего ждёшь - то и имеешь. Цена вообще сказка. Стоит брать.

From bottle. Pours with rich small bubbled head with good retention. Aroma is sweet wheat and a little booze. Sweet taste of wheat beer and fruity yeast. I don’t get actual banana just the sweetness of a ripe one. My favorite wheat beer. Delicious

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with a big fine head. Aroma is light clover and decent banana, quite malty and sweet. Body is medium, rather sweet with boozy over ripe banana flavours, some toffee. Soft smooth carbonation. Little bitterness and some light acidity. Palate lingers on sweetness and clover. Good.
