Light amber color with white head. Flowery and citrusy hop aroma. Well balanced sweetness with bitterness. Bitterness is pleasant and lasting in aftertaste.

330ml bottle @ home. Orderd from Bierzwerg. Boring and bland label. Nothing special on this. Decent case. motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - SEP 29, 2013
bottle, picked up prague alefest 2012. deep amber with a thin head; aroma of pineapple confectionery and pine; decent bitterness with some toffee apple; solid rendition of the style with a good hit of alcohol working in its favour BeerBaboon (2083) - FINLAND - SEP 28, 2013

Pours dark orange with a bubbly white head. Aroma of earthy malty notes, grass, farmyard and German hops. Taste is malty, earthy and stuffy with sweet caramely notes, grassy hops and butter. Finish is sweet and sticky with bready malty notes and grassy hops. Feels more like an imperial pilsner than an IPA.
Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy amber body with tiny yeast flecks floating around. Thin off-white head that leaves light lacing marks. Sweet malt aroma with pineapple and citrus. Flavour of green apples, faint caramel and peach. Medium body with a very oily mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. The first German IPA I’ve tasted - this is very tasty. vorty (29) - münster, GERMANY - AUG 27, 2013
slightly red, nice & decent aroma. maybe a bit hot from alkohol, but all in all a very nice balanced taste. no dominant flavours. Ibrew2or3 (8607) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - AUG 24, 2013
33cl bottle pours with a crystal clear copper body that supports a tall tan head of foam. The aroma offers up sweet malts, lightly roasted malts, full floral hops and a bit if soapiness and earthy tea. The taste delivers a nice hit of hoppy goodness from a malt sweetened citrus note to floral notes and bit of resiny grassiness. There’s both flavor and bitter hops in good balance where the bitterness takes over midway and into the finish. Around the edges of the flavor are some sweet malt notes mixing with an earthy green tea sensation to round things out. I wonder what this is like fresh and on tap. All in all pretty nice. erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - AUG 15, 2013
Copper, mostly clean body with small frothy head. Decent hop aromas, somewhat sweet malt base, forest smells and sweet sugar. Some alcohol shining through too. Pretty sweet base and just enough hops to make it work as IPA. Body is a bit cloying with all this alcohol and quite (filtered?) clean body. Alcohol warmth. Bit of an English IPA on steroids. Tasty though, but too alcoholic to be super drinkable. I like my IPA more rough. (33cl bottle from Wasana’s Getränken Oase)
