glennmastrange (2860) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - JUN 25, 2017
UPDATED: JUN 25, 2017 Bottle. Light to moderate roasted grain for the malt, light pine for the hops, light soap for the yeast, with notes of dried fruits in the background. Head is average to large, frothy, off-white, with excellent lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is clear medium amber. Flavor starts slightly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and lightly to moderately bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery, with a lively carbonation and a lightly dry finish. Not great, but an easy drinking American Pale Ale.

0,33 l Flasche.

Bottle. Pale golden yellow. Ordinary head. Aroma of cat pee and cheap marihuana. Sounds disgusting but it’s actually quite lovely. Taste is citrus fruits and tangerine at first and then turns hoppy bitter. Feels like a mix between a Pils and an Ale. Very süffig. Ok, but I would have absolutely loved it if the taste was more like the aroma.

330ml bottle @ Parsley & Fruits, Aachen. Not enjoyed with parsley or fruits. Pours a misty gold, white head. Aroma is citric mandarina bavaria. Taste continues with some citric fruit, grains, malt with some exotic fruit leanings. Good bitter finish. Not bad.
