The beer in the glass is good golden yellow with a flat head. Smells mild malty. It starts malty bitter. The aftertaste seems a bit dry.

Bottle. Intense hoppy nose - mainly grassy, slightly citrusy. Very dry and bitter taste, with a hoppy flavour that evolves into more citrusy with time. Very nice!

courtesy of Toni Flükiger - very clear and pale golden beer with a little white foam left; the nose is tart and grassy; medium-bodied fizzy with some sweet maltiness below; a pretty tart bitterness and long grassy notes in the finish - modest

Discreta con una buona luppolatura ma per il resto rimsne ordinaria sia al naso che in bocca dove comunque non delude. A tavola é ottima.

Bottle:   Pale straw, hazy, thin sudsy white head, spotty lacing.   Straw and grass on the nose, a little dank and musty.   Mealy on the tongue, also grassy.   Not terribly crisp.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Mealy finish, otherwise strong straw and grassiness.   Seems a little heavy, not too bright.   Flavorwise its fairly strong, but in the dull sense.   Tiz okay, but not very lively.

Bottiglia da 33 cl. Color oro molto limpido con schiuma bianca fine di buona persistenza. Al naso malto e un leggero metallico che si ripetono anche al palato con un finale secco.

Grima (2394) - Merzkirchen, RLP, GERMANY - FEB 14, 2013
The beer in the glass is strong golden yellow with high soapy head. It smells hoppy, sweet, subtle grainy with a slight corn flavor. Starts hoppy-bitter, slight grassy, grainy in the background with lots of pale malts. The middle part is well balanced malty, spicy and hoppy bitter, with sweetish grains. Goes into a very bitter, dry and hoppy-grassy finish.
