It’s golden with a creamy and lasting white head. The aroma has notes of malt, light straw, paper and flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, straw, flower, grass and the finish is refreshing with a light dry, bitterness.
9/10/12/9/9/9

tasting.Pours clear pale yellow with a white head.Aroma is weak and some what malt with some herbal notes and some fruitiness.Flavor is sweet and fruity with some herbal notes.Medium to thin body, average carbonation.Boring and tasteless beer.
Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Weak nose with a fruity touch and some wet pale malts. Clear, pale golden body and asmall, white head. Boring flavor with hay, pale malts and some fruityness. Thin on the palate, hard carbonation. A beer that isn’t all bad, but it’s close. Worst thing is that it’s so boring. 110319 Dedollewaitor (16055) - Odense, DENMARK - MAR 19, 2011
UPDATED: JUL 24, 2014 Bottle @ Denmark/Norway Tasting @ Ulfborg 2011. Courtesy of Fonefan. Pours clear golden with a small off white head. Grain and corn. A bit skunky with notes of paper. Re-rate : Bottle @ Getränke Winkler, Traunstein. floral hops. Very clean. Deliciously crisp. How much a fresh bottle can do. 2,1-3,4. bhensonb (15079) - Woodland, California, USA - JAN 9, 2011
Bottle from the Co-Op in Davis, CA. Pours light hazy gold with a foamy white head. I get just the faintest of skunk, but mostly light malt. Not sure about hop. Don’t think so. Lightly grainy. Light grassy bitter. It’s certainly not bad, but I think the process for low alcohol prevents flavor. On the other hand, since this is a pale lager, that might be for the best. I’m just having a problem figuring out why this was supposed to be a good idea. And minutes into it, I’m still thinking a very light touch of burnt rubber/skunk. Seems unlikely with a dark brown bottle though. The level of bitter is the saving grace. DYCSoccer17 (3691) - Woodland, California, USA - NOV 3, 2010
500mL bottle purchased at the Davis Food Co-Op. Label is almost identical, except for the "Light Beer" replacing "Leichter Typ". I am not sure if this would qualify for a Low Alcohol or not. Best by 11/11.10. Aroma is crisp, grassy, corny, and very pale lager/pilsener like. Light floral aromatics along with some cereal, too. Transparent, sparkling yellow body with a smallish white head present. Starts a little metallic, before this becomes quite sweet with corn meal and more cereal in the middle. Very lightly tart with some lemon touches. Finishes light and floral and a bit watery. This is pretty refreshing, and not terrible. Just too expensive at $4 to be a viable lawn mower beer.
