COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
King Street Brown is the answer for those wanting a slightly more malty experience. Made in classic Schooner EXACT fashion, the beer achieves the tricky balance of malty, but not too sweet; full of flavor but not too full on the stomach. Brewed with a blend of chocolate and special Belgian malts, this beer has a roasty, nutty flavor nuanced with hints of stone fruit and leaves you with a dry lingering finish.

Good malty brown beer. Not much smell but good taste, malty with strong raisin tones and slight hop aftertaste. My pint was a bit over carbonateD (Canterbury ale house, seattle)

Came here for lunch on the weekend to find the place very busy. There was a large group having a baby shower which may have been why it was hard to get a table and we more or less had to eat at the bar until someone left! Enjoyed the dark beer, tasty! https://en.tripadvisor.com.hk/ShowU

22oz bottle 9/14/16 (Pear Delicatessen & Shoppe-SEA)-42° in Shaker-Pours brown with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, toffee, and chocolate. Taste of the same with a bit of Belgiany tastes. This medium bodied brew is well balanced and hits the spot since I am not a big Brown fan.

Draft with Jim and Mikey at O'Beer. A surprisingly nice and flavorful brown. Good roasted malt and nuttiness to the flavor with a light hint of sweetness. Easy drinking. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Hop-Scotch. Brown with a nice light beige pillowy head that lingers throughout. Caramel, raisin, some plum and molasses. Taste is more of the same. A very standard brown. Light bittering hops on the finish with good caramel and molasses present. Nothing bad about it, just a very normal brown ale.

Draught at ACBE. Chocolate malt, rich raisin ,nutty notes, dry finish. Quite a flavorful brown ale, godd stuff from a pretty solid brewery.

Tap. Malty nose, chocolate, caramel, some crackers, grassy hops. Earthy grassy hop flavor with the nutty, chocolate malt. Ok.

Popped into Craft Beer Base for my free drink ticket & to enjoy a half pint of Schooner Exact King Street Brown Ale. It pours a beautiful clear rich reddish brown. The nose is soft cocoa, candied raisins and nutty breadiness. A lively carbonation on a med-thin bodied clears the palate for flavors of nutty goodness with chewey chocolate raisin graham cookie notes. A satisfying brown which is saying something as the style tends to be overly sweet in my opinion.
