Draft at Pine Box a few months back. From notes: Ruby pour, dark, some head, some lacing. Aroma: wow. Oak, vinegar, cherry. Balsamic, wood, fruit, and huge tartness. Some oaky vanilla, deep cherry/raspberry. Musty finish. Damn, this is good - did not expect this. Medium body, slick oily texture, even some subtle chocolate in there? Fuck, why don’t you brew everything like this? Overall: delicious. beastiefan2k (4082) - HdG (past: NYC, KS, Rain City), Maryland, USA - OCT 15, 2014
12oz tulip-goblet at Pine Box in Seattle. Dark but clear red color, glowing. Aroma is a punch of lean sourness in my nose. Its tart and dry grapefruit rind without the citrus and strong natural cherry. Very lean, poppy, bright sourness. Sprinkle-y feel that spreads through the roof of my mouth and settles for lingering sourness at the back of my throat. Similarly lean and bright sourness with cherry pit. Its the perfect sour strength without the off putting acetic characters. I bet this would do extremely well in a blind tasting with the big Belgian Kriek Lambics. slowrunner77 (12804) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 17, 2014
"Soft aroma and feel. Pinkish red pour. Equal parts fruit and bugs, great blend of sweet and sour. Not too far in either direction. Very enjoyable, sessionable yet complex sour..." pdx76 (651) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUN 9, 2013
On draught at baileys - clear copper color. Nose of sour apple, yeast. Taste of green apple, tart, with slight dry finish.

Tap @ The BeerMongers... Poured dark maroon/red with a thin, gray-ish head. Nice tart, cherry nose. All sorts of acidity and tartness with wood tannins and some funk from the "Bugs." Nice drinking sour beer with a good, pronounce fruit and yeast characters. A great sour coming from Seattle.
