On tap at The Beer Mongers, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out nail polish remover, dark fruits, vinegar and oak. Flavour is similar, with loads of nail polish remover, oak, vinegar and perfume. Not terrible, just quite weird with the cosmetic notes. Okay. Draft - Lots of tartness, malts and a touch of cherry. Clear copper with a thin off white head. Very acidic, almost balsamic, wood and some soured Berry. Much too acidic. djd07 (14666) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUN 20, 2015

Tap @ E9. Dark red-brown pour with a brief white head with poor retention leaving minimal lace. Nice raspberry and Brett nose with hints of sourness. Medium body with fine, moderate carbonation. Raspberry essence, black cherries, butterscotch, green apples and Brett band-aid. Finish is moderate and more of the same - not that that’s a bad thing! My fav local sour, nicely done Matt.
