Tap (SOPP2017, Helsinki) (6:4:7:4:13=3.4)

Pleasant light wheaty grainy aroma. Taste kicks in with some lovely refreshing fruitiness too, as well as the wheaty grains. Good drinkability. Lovely light palate, refreshing, but not wimpy. One of the few champagne-yeast brews I've actually liked.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and delicately off-white foamy head. Slightly vinous peach-fruity and herbal, hay-ish hoppy aroma with resiny notes. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty, almost juicy malty taste with fruity and spicy hoppy flavours, including citrus, grapes and peaches; slightly sweet and delicately vinous-fruity and slightly tart finish. 20.VII.17

[email protected] Cloudy golden color, white head. Vegetable and hop aroma. Fairly sweet flavor, aromatic citric hops. Medium-full body, medium carbonation. Could be good with food.

0.2 l draught @ Suuret Oluet Pienet Panimot Festival, Helsinki. For those who like champagne. Seriously, this was better than the famed champagne ale DeuS made by Bosteels in Belgium. Not too sweet - I like brut. Quite refreshing in a sunshine.

Bottle sample at a tasting at our place. Thanks Vova. Hazy gold with a big, foamy white head. Vinous, sour, lactic and barfy aroma, rather mildly sour and dry taste. Very fizzy, medium body, lightly funky-sour finish, some grapes.

0.33 l bottle from ’BierPost.com’, best before June 2017. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, thick, stable, white head. Sweetish, fruity, floral and quite yeasty-spicy aroma of clove, peach, gooseberry, dandelion and some honey. Slightly sweetish, minimally sourish, fruity, floral and moderately yeasty-spicy taste of gooseberry, peach, lime peel, clove, some white grapes and hints of honey, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly tart, yeasty-spicy and fairly dry finish. Medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very interesting beer, super refreshing, still quite complex and refined. Like it!

Flasa od Beerhunter111. Mutna tmavo zlata farba, pena padla. Vona sladova, ovocna, kvasnicova, jemne kyselkava. Chut ostra na jazyku, sladova, sladka, marhula. Dochut sladka, jemne horkasta.

Bottle. Mostly fruity, apricot and such. Soft texture, mid-high carbonation and mid-thin body. Fruity estery character, which is so interesting that nothing much is needed for a good beer. Me likey.
