Very lightly haze on a deep very beautiful amber body, quite big bubbled off white head; Incredibly dense nose that actually at forst seems very interesting but is a little to far from perfect, tons of candied tangerine and tons of candied orange peel; Super soft dense body, lots of sweetness and lightly bitter; Long finish with the same aromas as the nose, a little metallic and not perfect. A beer that could and should be very interesting, but aint!

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2017 Bottle. Deep dark brown colour with a very small tan head, nose is malty, boozy and roasty with notes of chocolate, hazelnuts, caramel, port and blue cheese, taste is sweet, boozy and cheesy with an oily palate as anticipatedand and some smokiness in the aftertaste. Didnt expect much, positively surprised. Nice but definitely not easy to drink.

Stærk! Meget spritet, og meget sød i det. Der er ikke meget pilsner over den, men med 16% er det no også svært at få den til at smage af pilsner. Ved ikke rigtig hvad den skal drikkes til, eller om den er bedst i mad af en slags.

ClubGonzo (5670) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAY 7, 2016
Bottle, shared with BBGTC. Pours a deep brown body with no head. Nose is deep malts, Norwegian brown cheese, caramel, toffee and hints of alcohol, port wine and prunes.Taste is smoke, grains, peat, caramel, raisins and hints of dust, chocolate and alcohol. Full body, soft to very soft carbonation. A bit old, but interesting. Some more carbonation would have helped, and it seems to struggle a bit with the oxidation. Quite nice though.
