2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Aroma is a bit musty. Flavour has red wine fruity sourness. Hint of wood too. I think it misses a bit of sweet caramel maltiness.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Schouskjelleren. Hazy deep amber with a tan head with good retention. Aroma of honey, flowers and malt with some light fruity and hoppy notes. Some roasty hints too. Sweet and floral with distinct honey flavour and a lightly bitter and herbal finish. Well balanced, not as sweet as expected. Medium+ body. Well crafted - pleasant and easy to drink. (2013-04-25)

Hazy brown - on tap at the brewpub. Packed with honey flavour and aroma. Flowers, herbal bitterness. On the sweet side, but rich, complex and highly recommended.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: Hazy amber color with a frothy tan head that leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: Complex nice aroma. Herbs, fruity, malty and honey.
Palate: Medium plus body. Slightly sweet and a mild bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Fruity, peat, sweet (honey probably) and herbal (probably the heather – I have never eaten heather so….) Light acidic and some alcohol coming through.
Overall impression: Exciting beer. Complex and tasty. I got a sample from the brewer a couple of days before it was released. Promised not to rate it before it was official. Nice batch #250. Happy anniversary!
