From tap @Schouskjelleren. Low sand-colored head with good laceworks. Body is hazy brownish amber. Weak aroma. Some fruit tones, and faint spice tone (black pepper obviously). Taste is more prononced. Sourish-sweet, light caramelly. Noticable pepper and vanilla tones, and a mild underlying earthy bitterness. Light-bodied, slick and lightly diluted in the mouth. Finishes dry with a distinct pepper bite. [28.11.12]

21.11.2012. On tap at Schouskjelleren brygghus. Golden amber colour with white head. Aroma of malt and hops. Rather fresh hopped. Some kind of bitter hop spices. A little dry, with dry bitter aftertaste. Nice beer.

Hazy caramel brown colour with a tan head that leaves a fine lacing. Light acidic fruity nose with some yeast and spices. Medium body. Moderate sweet and a fine bitterness. Fruity and a solid caramel malt background. Some vanilla and a fine pepper feeling when you take a deep sip. Did not notice anything n the beginning. So I filled up my mouth and then it came like a rocket. Nice stuff.

On tap at Schouskjelleren. Amber with an off-white head. Yeasty aroma with malt, fruits, vanilla and hints of spices. Grainy and yeasty with some fruits and a pleasantly bitter finish. A bit strange, but interesting. (2012-11-03)

Glowing amber. Nice vanilla aroma. The spices do nice tricks on the tongue. Sweet vanilla, a hint of peppery warmth, dry finish. Perfection? 2% stronger and the vanilla toned down a bit, perhaps. But nice.
