Clear, dark reddish brown, with a thick, creamy beige head. Good amount of sticky lace. Aroma is.. a bit of a surprise. Very fruity, loads of peach, milky, almost like a peach milkshake or smoothie. Almost perfumy. Flavour is bitter and acidic, with a lot of fruitiness. Some sweetness towards the finish, but not a lot of caramel to be found. A little burntness and ashiness towards the ffinish. Mouthfeel is gorgeous, sooooo smooth, creamy and thick. It really misses its mark though, I feel. I was expecting a sweet, thick caramel treat instead of a quadruple scoop peach milkshake. Still good though.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours dark as Coke with a small tanned head. Aroma of dark caramel, light roasted, and some sweet coffee. Taste is sweet caramel, light bodied, still quite good and interesting.

Taster on tap at the brewpub. Good lacing blanketing my little glass. Dark body with a russet glow. Slightly roasted aroma of milk-accented malts. Taste of caramel and chocolate with underlying lactose, hints of ripe banana, as well. Rather unusual and interesting, very much on the sweet side, though (Oslo, 26.09.2011).
