On tap at Schouskjelleren. Nutty, quite dry, masks its strength well. Quite rich, malt discreetly balanced by hops. No wow factor, though. Cunningham (8818) - Halden, NORWAY - FEB 17, 2018
Deep brown color with a fine tan head. Good lacing. A bit moderate intensity in the aroma. Hoped for some more punch. Good body and a fine carbonation level. Pleasant to drink. Mellow nice sweetness. Well masked alcohol. Mostly a bready and fruity flavor. Some roast. Nice pleasant brown ale.nilsas (4921) - Bryne, NORWAY - FEB 14, 2018

200ml on tap at the brewpub. Near black in the glass. Faint fawn-coloured head leaving clingy lacing on the glass. Promising aroma of dark bread and caramel. Mixed flavours of dried fruits, dough, and caramel malts. Lingering, mid-sweet malty ending. Well bodied. Tasty stuff. (Oslo 08.02.2018). Holmen2 (4494) - NORWAY - JAN 30, 2018
From tap at Bøker&Børst with JFE, PEW and VAM 30.01.18. Ebony. Decent brown head and lacing. Taste of roasted malt, figs and roganberry jelly. Medium low bitterness.
