02.03.2013, tap @ Schouskjelleren:
Grei.

markschiedon (692) - NETHERLANDS - JUN 3, 2014
Drinking from tab at restaurant. A fruity aroma, peaches. It’s an unclear golden beer with a firm white head. A taste like no other beer due to the fennel and the common sea-buckthorn that is used in it. The fennel is clearly recognizable. Medium carbonated.

Rune (14178) - Tromsø, NORWAY - APR 26, 2014
Small glass, poured from tap at the brewcellar. Unclear pale golden body, lacing rings down the glassware from a fair, white head. Fruity aroma, peach and pineapple, as well as a touch of herbal hops. Likewise, the taste character is mainly based on pineapple with liquorice-accented malts behind. Yeasty fruitiness to the tail, half-dry. Medium bodied. Pleasant saison (Oslo 22.04.2014).

visionthing (5701) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - APR 29, 2013
On tap at Schouskjelleren. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of spices, yeast, fruits, malt and hints of citrus and some slightly funky notes. Medium body, slightly watery with a bit soft carbonation. Fairly sweet with spicy and yeasty flavours and some acidity. Quite nice, but not my favourite kind of beer.

morri (277) - NORWAY - APR 27, 2013
On tap at Schouskjelleren. Small white head with tiny bubbles, good lacing. Pale yellow hazy body. Aroma of yeast, citrus, hops and candy. Long aftertaste which gets a little sour.

larsga (7690) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 26, 2013
Medium white head. Hazy pale yellow body. Spicy herbal mealy aroma with ginger and fennel notes. Dry fennel and spice taste with mealy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dry, and faintly acidic, mealy fruity aftertaste with funky, lemony notes. Nice, but a bit spicy, and I’m not so fond of the acid. (0.4l draft at Schouskjelleren, Oslo.)

Palme (5022) - Bergen, NORWAY - APR 10, 2013
On tap @ Schouskjelleren. This is a deep hazy glowing yellow golden be with a medium sized dense lasting head. Not to extreme on the aroma, some wheat, orange zest, some peppery spices and not much more to be honest. Much more things going on in the taste; wheat, fruits, anise, pineapple, white pepper, soft yeast, traces of green banana and a sweetness in the background. Extremely light drinkable, and quite good. Could not identify to much of the fennel though. A good refreshing little thing with a bit of lack on the aroma. 02.03.2013

KnutAlbert (6837) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 1, 2013
On tap at the brewpub. Lovely saison flavour, fruit, funkiness, a little sourness. Farmhouse, dirt. Refreshing. A benchmark saison.

Cunningham (8712) - Halden, NORWAY - MAR 24, 2013
