Sample at Schramm’s, Ferndale. Pale golden shade. Apple and spice aroma. Very smooth. Sweet taste which lets the honey shine moreso than some of their others. Nice, quite a subtle one. deyholla (12660) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - NOV 3, 2017

Pours a still and mostly transparent fuller gold. Smells of a nice balance of blended apples up front with some nice tartness and notes of honey on the back end. Tastes like it smells, but slightly sweeter. A bit of vanilla on the tongue as well. Mouthfeel is medium-full to full-bodied, smooth, and slightly warming on the finish. Delicious. arminjewell (9744) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - JUL 13, 2017

UPDATED: MAY 30, 2017 Bottle #354 I think..it kinda rubbed off. Golden straw pour. Amazing apple and honey aroma. Balance is perfect. Flavor follows suit. Actually more honey forward than I expected, with apples cutting it perfectly with a light juicy tartness. Flawless for my tastes. An incredible mead.
