Hazy yellow to amber color, small white thick head. Aroma citrus. Taste citrus, rye bread, some banana hint, full mouth. Light tart and sour finish. My first rye beer, I would say similar to wheat beer, but little bit lower carbonation, more full body and slightly tart.

UPDATED: MAY 30, 2017 Cloudy amber with a small, quickly fading off-white head. Spicy, yeast, bread, lightly fruity. Reminiscent of a classic "Jausenbrot" with bacon. Odd, but nice. Lightly sweet, with typical tartness from the rye, and light bitterness. Medium body, with lively, pearly carbonation.
It’s widely available, good and different from most other Austrian beers. If you haven’t, give it a try.
