Bottle. Clear golden colour with a medium, quickly disappearing white head, nose is grassy, malty and sweet with notes of green apples and some metallic and cardboardish hints, taste is sweet and boozy with a quite dry finish for a Winter bock.

Bottle out of a craft beer box from local store. Appearance: Quickly vanishing foam and orange liquid. Looks fizzy. Aroma: Malty and grainy. A bit toasty and light floral. Taste: Medium to heavy sweetness and light bitterness. Palate: Full body and a creamy mouthfeel with lively carbonation. Long finish. Overall: Nice bock with a sweet taste and a full body.

Backlog rating. Keg at EoE, London. It pours a clean golden color with medium white head. Aroma is rich malty and quite sweet, with bread, toffee, biscuit and plums. Taste has more bready sweet notes, with biscuit, dough, starch, dark fruits, toffee. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, decent malty beer

Bottled (from Alko). Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is bready malts along with some slight grainy and herbal notes. Flavour is a nice bready and grainy maltiness, but also having surprisingly much hops and wooden notes to it. Still hides the ABV rather well, which means it could do with even a slight bit more to give it a slight alcohol kick as well. A bit on the mediocre side.
