Bottle @ Cafe Abseits. Rich dark cherrywood with pretty stable head. The aroma is gently cola-like with husky, grainy elements. Fizzy palate. Nice mild chocolate flavors, some dark bread. Sweet aftertaste. Alternates between being dull and good. Pleasant overall.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts strong-malty, not too sweet. Little notes of liquorice. Finish woody-dry. Interesting bock!

Bottled: Ruby red to brown color. Aroma is very malty, sweet, chocolate cake and bitter chocolate. Flavor has first a very balanced sweet/sourly mixture, then raisins, rumplums and lots of dark chocolate. Intensive roasted malt flavor, roasted malt bitterness, chocolate beans, hops and some coffee notes in a bitter balanced finish. Good one.
