Embrouille (2854) - SWITZERLAND - APR 3, 2009
Bottled 30cl. Courtesy of bierkoning. It pours a clear ruby beer. Raisins and candy dominating in the nose. Sweet malty taste. The alcohol is nicely hidden. Very sweet. Not too bad. Some lacework. Low carbonation. Highly drinkable. Sweet finish. Hints of washing up liquid. Surprisingly good. A lot better than Heineken Tarwebok for example. Thanks bierkoning! yngwie (17101) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 15, 2011
Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, amber beer with a small, beige head. Sugary, fruity nose with a herbal touch and some hops. Raisins too. The flavor is on the sweet side, fruit candy springs to mind, with a faint note of raisins and herbs. Medium body, sticky sweet. Overall, too sweet and candyish, but it doesn’t taste bad in any way. 110415 fonefan (49996) - VestJylland, DENMARK - APR 19, 2011

Bottle of 330 ml, at home. Poured into a snifter glass. ABV 6,5%.
Dark ruby colour with a finger of beige head. Low retention, no lacing left behind.
Not much of a smell, some malts mostly.
Taste is sweet, with malts, caramel and some alcohol traceable. A bit skunky.
Little dryness on the palate, quite carbonated. Thin to medium body.
Overall, certainly not the greatest of bocks, but I can say I am not as disappointed as I expected, by reading other reviews. Meilby (11525) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 15, 2011
