Cristobal37 (1261) - Budapest, HUNGARY - OCT 17, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 14, 2017 1l bottle from Foersters Feine beer, Berlin. Alt color of orangey brown. Strong caramel and bran bread aroma. Tastes follows caramel, bread, sweet black tea, some fruity galaxy hop twist. Finish is fruity hop and that dry alt taste hangs out. Alt is not a stlye I'm super familiar with but this is the best yet. The modern hop varieties give it a fruitier character and it tastes much better than the alts Ive had before.

Thnx to Stijn. Pours clear, dark copper. Smell is bit malty, some caramel, fresh, in a way. Taste is creamy, crispy , lageryeast in a way. Very refreshing . Very mild caramel and earthy features. Not bad at all. Rather bitter.

caesar (7330) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - NOV 28, 2016
Tap @ Drinkers Pub Eindhoven, medium sample. Clear amber color, short frothy head. Aroma of caramel, toast, bit toffee, slight herbal again, bit more hoppy than the regular version. Taste is more smooth and full bodied then the regular alt, slightly more bitter, subtle caramel and toffee sweetness. Good stuff.
