ruigo (2975) - PORTUGAL - JUL 9, 2014
Shared a 50cl bottle. Pours a clear yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is malty, slightly hoppy and yeasty. Average carbonation and light body. Taste is watery but more bitter than sweet. Overall, a drinkable beer but nothing remarkable about it.

Clear golden, stable white head. Grainy, grassy aroma. Similar flavour, but quite watery. Sweet, light bitter finish.

Beerhunter111 (20476) - P´Castle, GERMANY - APR 25, 2014
Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig würzig, Geschmack angenehm malzig würzig mit ganz minimaler Bitterkeit.

Russo (2011) - Hemhofen, GERMANY - APR 11, 2014
Clear golden color with a nice white head that fades out quickly. Aroma is yeasty, malty and grassy with some sweet notes. Flavor is like aroma with some more bitterness notes. Medium body and light to medium carbonation and a dry bitter finish.

Bamsen78 (5400) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUL 25, 2013
Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and hops with a note of yeast. Sweetish, malty taste with a very distinct note of cardboard. Occasional hoppy touches. Rather disty and cardboardlike finish. It tastes as if the bottle is off, but it is still a month before the BBD. Far from my favourite Märzen.

Notes from Tasting Sheet:Spare, creamy white head, good lacing. Clear sparkling body.Dark orange/golden color.Heavy grain/malt, average hopsand yeast, slight metallic/solvent taste.Full body, slock mouthfeel.Slightly below average overall.

uckelman (799) - Durham, ENGLAND - APR 2, 2013
Pours clear, medium yellow. White head with fine bubbles. Aroma is vegetal, with a slight hint of pine. Body is medium. Medium sweetness, lots of alcohol, dry finish. A bit mineral. Decent, but not spectacular.

MichaelAwesome (6519) - Wanne-Eickel, GERMANY - MAR 24, 2013
Typical märzen which comes quaffy and full bodied. Quite a bit above average with mild aromas and easy drinkability.

COMRADEJOSH (320) - Gainesville, Florida, USA - MAR 7, 2013
Good color and malt but a little too tart and carbonated for a marzen leaves this tasting watery and astringent for this style.

andyhwcinc (1884) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 3, 2013
Purchased at Kaufland in Eppingen, DE; enjoyed at my hotel room while doing some work. This is a decent brew, nothing outstanding about it, just decent. Appearance is a clear pale yellow with a small white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma of lager yeast, crisp malt, smells like good beer. Taste finishes dry and goes down crisp. Good stuff.
