500 ml bottle. Pours clear golden with a medium white head. Fruity aroma, a bit spicy. Very spicy taste and palate.

From the bottle. Good Bock, rich in taste. Not exactly a top-rating, but this reflects solid craftsmanship and makes for a good sip.

One of my favorite "real tasting" German beers. Outstanding! The rich malt flavor really stands out. I'm always looking for this bier. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Foerdifuxx (415) - Franconia, GERMANY - MAY 17, 2017
UPDATED: MAY 23, 2017 Short review from tap: Clear golden coloured beer with small white head. Aroma is Sweet malty, sugary. Taste is grainy malty. Texture is oily. Boring.

caesar (7281) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUL 2, 2016
Bottle thx to Benzai, small sample. Almost clear golden color, short frothy head. Aroma of grainy malt, bit grassy hop. Bit sweet, soft bitter. Boring.

2.3
Benzai (16682) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUL 1, 2016
Bottle shared with Caesar @ Caesars mancave. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste moderately malty, a bit sweetish like corn, sweetish malts. Low to average body and carbonation. Meh.

2.7
Idiosynkrasie (7967) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JUN 2, 2016
330ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, malty aroma, bready-biscuity hints of stollen. Taste is moderately sweet pale malty, slightly strawy, flat hoppy counterpart. Boring.

2.8
Calisky (3059) - ALSACE, FRANCE - APR 13, 2016
Couleur jaune dorée, très légère mousse. Nez malté, note legumes. Gout malté doux (un peu sucré industriel), légumes avec forte amertume herbeuse et alcool en fin de bouche . Pas trop géniale pour le style

Honey, some grass, cereals, thin white head not persistant, golden, medium body, medium carbonation, notes of honey, good bitterness...you could have done much better goat.

2.9
Thomas_W1 (962) - Rastatt, GERMANY - MAR 7, 2016
Flasche 0,33l: Golden, glasklar, etwas mittelporiger Schaum; süße Nase, kräftige Würze, leicht nussig, leichte Röstaromen, Getreide, Maische, leicht gehopft; kräftige Süße im Körper, süße Würzigkeit, leicht cremig, deutliche Kohlensäure, leichte Röstaromen, dunkle Fruchtigkeit, etwas dünn; angenehmer leicht würzig-süßer Nachgang

2.8
bartlebier (4123) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - JAN 23, 2016
33cl bb05/2016. Honey blossom, white sugar syrup, touch of meadow and wet pasture, chalk, whiff of schnaps. Sweet onset, industrial honey, grain husks bitter like vegetal stem, metallic dry finish. Slick, sugarstudded mouthfeel. - Fits the Heller Bock problem child profile: malt syrup > yeast. Transrhenian mirror style: tripel.
