UPDATED: OCT 17, 2014 33cl fliptop, local REWE. Like many similar concoctions churned out by Dinkelacker, this variation on a Helles is promoted as "süffig", meaning: "smoothly malt-flavoured hop water", just too delicate not to like, not enough there to qualify as either Keller or Pils, or to believe it was so little that went down so fast. See also: Wulle. Having lived down the street, Dinkelacker has come to mean sweet wort and petty calculation to me. A harmless offence masking as retro-innovation.
