Clear medium to dark brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet dark bread, roasted, caramel, light nutty. Flavor is light moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, thin. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. 
Bottled 50cl. Ordered from www.bierzwerg.de. Best by may 19 2010. It pours a beautiful nut brown beer with a decent head. Dried mushroom (boletus)- what I sometimes put in my risotto and a lot of caramel in the nose. Good bitterness. The hay components are rather pronounced in the taste.
