Bottle, bottled on 22. 04. 2015. Cloudy yellow body with white head. Aroma is some citrus with yeast and also bread and malts. Taste is first some malts with hay and grass then some citrus and floral notes. Aftertaste is medium bitter with a little bit sourness balanced by some malts. I am surprised I never liked Schwechater but the Zwickl is really nice. adamnowek (2709) - Brussels, BELGIUM - JUN 5, 2015

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2017 0,5l bottle. Its funny that Schwechater brews such a good Zwickl, cause their main beer is just average. Refreshing bitterness, very drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone gopherfan99 (1826) - Minnesota, USA - AUG 8, 2014

Bottled, 0.5 l.
Hazy yellow one with a creamy and lasting white head on its top.
Fresh grassy nose.
Tasteing starts crisp followed by a somewhat clean aroma containing honey, bread, lemon and grassy hops, mouthfeel is slick and moderate thin.
Dry, hoppy-breadcrusty-lemony finish.
Aside from its cleaned mass touch, overall not bad... HerrBierkoenig (1452) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - APR 27, 2014
From 0,5l bottle. Many thanks to Martin M. BBD: 19.07.2014. Pours: Interesting deep cloudy straw yellow to khaki liquid (reminds me freshly fermented grape juice - before sedimentation - "burčák"). Nice medium frothy white head. Aroma: yeasty, malty, citrus- lemon, dust. Taste: light sweat, light bitter, light sour. Yeast, dust, lemon, perhaps minor banana?. Palate: Medium body, creamy to sticky texture, average carbonation, medium long bitter finish. Overall: interesting (appearance and aroma), the taste was bit poor and abrupt. Nevertheless, for Heineken owned brewery quiet good.
