3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a nice amber orange with thin white head. Aroma of citrus hops ever so slight, but dulled compared to other non-floral hops. Flavor at first was extremely different for an IPA, but came back somewhat, but defniitely has it’s own character in the IPA world.
CObiased (516) - Bayfield, Colorado, USA - AUG 8, 2017
12oz bottle (no date) - pours a clearish orangey/gold/amber color with an overflowing off white head. The aroma is ok with notes of citrus peels, bready malt and a whiff of pine. Funky undertones of Belgian yeast, grapefruit zest, astringency and an over the top intense bitter aftertaste. shrubber85 (11508) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUL 30, 2017
Bottle. Floral tangerine, biscuit malt, pine, and grapefruit peel aroma. Golden yellow with large eggshell white head and mild effervescence. Moderately sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and moderately strong bitter pine/grapefruit peel flavor. Good body. Solid. Patrickctenchi (6668) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - JUL 30, 2017
Hazy golden-yellow with a tall beige head.
Pine, grapefruit, grain scent.
Fairly sweet greain malt, citrus.....mild resiny bitter in taste.
Creamy body....very solid and tasty overall....a little herbal-ness in the finish.

355ml bottle. Gold pour. Aroma is orange and malt, smells terrible. Flavor is vegetal and sweet, poor stuff.
Post tasting thoughts:
This has a qc issue, terrible stuff.
Bomber from Total Wine, Gainesville. Pours hazy golden with a large beige head. Lots of carbonation in this one. Aroma of lemon zest, and grapefruit peel. Flavor is lemony toasted bread. Kinda bland, but not bad in any way. Grapefruit peel lingering finish. Letshaveatry (18) - Menai Bridge, WALES - NOV 25, 2016
330ml bottle, 5.25%. Aroma slight hops, caramel also. golden amber, almost orange, long lasting off white small head. Taste, lets it down, slight sourness, moving to bready bitterness, with lively carbonation, aftertaste slightly unpleasant Braudog (6793) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - NOV 18, 2016
Bottle. Rustic and ruddy, this is burnt-orange with a big, defensive head. It’s got quite the Anglophile aroma, woodsy, gritty. It drinks the same, yet somehow light in body. (#6402, 11/18/2016) zacgillbanks (5362) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - NOV 12, 2016
5.25% ABV bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Hazy golden with a thin white head. It has a citrus and peppery hop flavour followed by a malty, toffee and grapefruit finish. Pretty good. tricksta_p (4922) - Steenwijk, NETHERLANDS - OCT 28, 2016
Bottle at home. Aroma is pale biscuity malt, herbal hops, citrus peel, orange, mild pine, hint of caramel, soft herbal notes with a touch of earthy leafs. Flavour is moderate sweet with a bitter finish that turns a bit harsh. Body is medium. Very different IPA, malty and herbal-ish with a harsh bitterness. Hardly great, but likeable.
