2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12oz bottle poures a light amber color with thin whit head that leaves light lacing. smells of dough, citrus and sweet malt. Tastes of the same things. Mouthfeel is thin and watery with light carbonation. This is just a mediocre pale ale with a the only plus being the high abv.
On tap at St. Augustine’s, pours a cloudy an amber orange with a small white head. Aroma is pretty restrained, with an odd earthy hop character and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour has some odd body odour, earthy hops and biscuity malt. Weird off-notes here rather destroy this. No good. Ferris (15475) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 5, 2016
Draft - Light soft grains. Cloudy gold with almost no head. Bitter and spicy hops and a long finish. rosenbergh (11532) - Tampere, FINLAND - NOV 25, 2016

Hazy reddish mid-brown color with a big foamy light tan head.
Mild citrus hops, mild bitterness, cookies, sweetness and malt in the aroma. A bit messy. The flavor is really harsh hops, cookie dough, bitterness, toffee and malt. Unbalanced. I don’t know how fresh this is as there is no freshness information in the bottle.
Bottle at home. Aroma is bready malt, spicy notes, mild bretty funk, yeast, earthy hops, fruity, citrus, ripe orange, touch of caramel, mildly floral. Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. Surprising and unique sort of APA, very much out of the ordinary. I found it enjoyable. teamsale (273) - Washington, USA - SEP 23, 2016
On tap at brewery. Pours a hazy medium gold with light white head and decent lacing. Aroma is grassy and yeast. Flavor is primarily yeast but otherwise well balanced hops and malt. Leaves a decent aftertaste with a "just right" level of bitterness. Pretty good pale overall.

Mouthfeel is bubbly, fairly carbonated and mildly creamy. Taste is very dry and hoppy, but not completely unbalanced... a hint of citrus and caramel. Finish is quite dry. 650ml bottle pours a hazy golden orange color with a finger and a half of white head that retains well and leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus and caramel with some floral and earthy tones. Taste is a citrus and earthy hop bitterness with a caramel malty sweetness. Light to medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, a very well crafted pale ale that is flavorful and well balanced. slowrunner77 (12051) - Reno, Nevada, USA - AUG 22, 2016
Lots of grainy malt on the nose, but the hops come out nicely enough. Pine/herbal notes in the flavor especially. Moderately bitter and drinks almost like an IPA. 12 oz bottle. madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JAN 30, 2016

Light haze on this rich gold beer, tidy off white head. Palate is smooth and a little dry. Rich bready malts, slight grain. A light and bitterish floralness. Modest marmalade and citric peel. Light semi dry finish. Like an Imperial Golden Bitter. Interesting!
