12 oz bottle. Pours a clear orange color. Slight pearly head. Aroma is caramel malt, some grass. Flavor is light, with some floral hops up front and a smooth malty backside. Overall a very drinkable beer. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - MAY 25, 2013
Bottle. Pours a very slightly hazy amber color with very little head on it. Nose is quite malt forward with some toasting in there. Taste has that toasting in there with the grapefruit also subtly coming through. Interesting. alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - MAY 24, 2013
Bottle; poured an orange copper color. Aroma of caramel and nuts. Didn’t get too much of the grapefruit. Flavor had a slight tart and fruity taste, to go with the caramel and nuts. Fairly hoppy and zesty in the finish. A bit too much carbonation. Ok overall. alexandersh (196) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - MAY 24, 2013
Bottle; Color: Cloudy orange with a reddish tint: Aroma: Sour fruit, grapefruit banana with a hint of nutmeg or similar spice. Flavor: Follows through with its scent of grapefruit, earthy, lightly floral palate. Goes down particularly smooth.

Draught at the brewpub, 6-4-7-4-13=34sonnycheeba (5962) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - DEC 16, 2012
Hazy amber color with small creamy head. There is an earthy touch both in the aroma and flavor; the flavor is basically caramel, with a good bitterness level and mild hop qualities (some resins). Good.

Hazy amber color with obvious creamy head; it seems darker than the CO2 version. Smoother mouthfeel; the earthy touch is now almost absent, just the good caramel is left; similar to the other version, but some of the pleasant edges of it don’t appear here, especially the final is blander.
Tap. Pours brown with a slight ruby tint and thin, creamy off-white head; short retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is muted with caramel and toasted malts, berries, and light floral hops. Flavor is sweet malt dominate with vinous esters and a touch of hops and nuts; dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. hayduke (5187) - Eureka, California, USA - DEC 3, 2012
Purchased from the brewpub in Everett. Pours a dear clear amber color with quick to rise and quick to settle big bubbled off-white head. The nose shows roasted caramel malts and floral, citrus, and grassy hops. Medium in body with a smooth clean mouthfeel. The flavor mirrors the aroma with citrus even more prominent and the finish is dry and bitter. Well balanced and quite good. pictoman (1084) - British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 25, 2012
Poured from 12 oz bottle. Clear copper brown in colour with very minimal off-white head. Malty aroma with some hops and mild caramel notes. Medium body with predominant hoppy taste. Some metallic feel on the finish.
